Introduction

Adobe Lightroom is the photographer's choice when it comes to photo editing. It can be as basic or in-depth as you want depending on the end goal you have in mind. I'll walk you through the different toolbars and explain how they affect your photos and when to use each method. This is simply an introduction to the editing process or if you're already using Lightroom this is a great way to learn different techniques to enhance your existing workflow.

Lightroom has a multitude of ways to adjust the colors in your photos. how to effectively bring that color to life with the right tool is the question we'll be answering.

Contrast isn't limited to the "contrast slider". Contrast can be applied through color, dodging and burning, linear curves and more. We'll cover each aspect and compare the difference.

Light is the most fundamental characteristic of a good photograph. We'll look at how you frame in camera, adding artificial light and adding light gradients in Lightroom.
